LENDING TERMS.
1. - Leasehold Purchase
Maximum loan considered on any case is £250,000 or 60% of purchase price or valuation whichever is the lesser.The facility will be repayable over half the unexpired term of the lease or maximum of 120 months.
2. - Leasehold Purchase with Security.
Maximum loan considered on any case is £250,000 or 100% of valuation whichever is the lesser.The facility will be repayable over a maximum of 120 months,even on short leases,provided suitable additional freehold security is offered in the transaction.The funder's unique Easy-Start reduced -payment plan can be offered in such cases.
3. - Leasehold Refinance
Maximum loan considered on any case is £100,000 or 50% of valuation,whichever is the lesser.Tha facility will be repayable over half the unexpired term of the lease or maximum of 120 months.
4. - Leasehold Refinance with Security
Maximum loan considered on any case is £250,000 or 50% of valuation,whichever is the lesser.The facility will be repayable over a maximum of 120 months,even on short term leases,provided suitable additional freehold security is offered in the transaction.The Funder's unique Easy-Start reduced-payment plan can be offered in such cases.
