When a client needs assistance in this area we are able to provide this service.This is one area where we do have to agree a fee and request 50% deposit and 50% on completion.If a client is unable to do this their Accountant should be able to assist,in particular the financials.However,it makes sense to query costs with them as we may be able to offer better terms.In addition we should be able to produce the Business PLan part at a competitive price as we will have already discussed your requirements at our first meeting.

We would emphasise how important clear and precise Business Plans are when submitting to a Funder.It is very essential clear details are given about the financial status of the applicant,whether it is a start up situation or an application for an existing company.Nothing is worse if a deal is in the process of being agreed and the Funder finds out derogatory information about the applicant.The rule is admit all the problems (ie the number of CCJ's if relevant) and then the Funder can make the decision.They want to do the deal and provided the Client can show the capability to service the deal then there should be an answer.That is why it makes sense to invest in producing a good Business Plan with accurate financials.
